TVideoGrabber Video SDK 12.1. Royalty-free developer license. 2 years of upgrades and support included

The TVideoGrabber SDK lets you save time and money adding video features to your application developed in, C#, VB, Delphi, C++Builder, C++ or QT. The major features include capture, recording, playback and re-streaming of IP cameras, webcams, Blackmagic Declink, GigE cameras including IDS cameras, theImagingSource cameras, OsPrey analogue capture cards, Avermedia HD capture, etc… ONVIF IP cameras are supported after installing the Datastead RTSP/RTMP/HTTP/ONVIF DirectShow source filter. You can decode and display the cameras while recording the H264, H264 or MJPEG stream to MP4 or another format, restream the URL to UDP or RTSP, and control the PTZ of the cameras. During the recording, it is possible to generate new files on the fly without losing frames between each file. It is also possible to record the video stream of an IP camera with the audio of the PC microphone or another audio capture device. The optional Datastead Multipurpose DirectShow Encoder gives full control on to produce MP4 files or restream in UDP or RTSP. It is possible to stream audio/video directly to the network, or through media servers, or to merge several clips into a single one, split a clip into smaller clips and transcode them to different formats.
